Central Heating Repairs

We do not charge hourly rates for repairs. Most boiler repairs have a set price including fans, pumps, stats, diverter valves, air pressure switches. We will happily tell you the price when we diagnose the problem. Other repairs are charged at the first hour diagnostic, cost of new parts, plus cost of fitting new parts. Therefore if our engineers take 90 minutes to diagnose the problem, you will NOT be charged for 90 minutes. We do not drive to a plumb centre, order the part and charge you for that time. We strongly believe that this all too common scenario is WRONG.
